Scanning paper to computer file(s)

I wouldn't get your hopes up about the quality of Linux OCR. At best,
it's a toy. Unless you can afford OCRShop, which I'm kicking myself that
I didn't buy when it was $99 -- as opposed to the $1200 or so it is now.
