You mean separate card?  My last purchase was regular ATI Xpert98 AGP.
I stopped buying separate video cards after that.

If you mean integrated video, then I like Via UniChrome.  Driver called
'via' comes with Xorg, and it seems to set monitor to higher Vsync than
regular 'vesa' driver.  It's cheap and disposable.
