I've used www.lowcostdomains.ca for several .com, .ca, and .org
registrations over the past couple of years - no complaints so far. As
noted above, they are strictly a registrar - you have to find your own
DNS and hosting services (So far I've been using the forwarding and
dynamic DNS facilities of www.zoneedit.com - free for up to 5 domains).
