Redhat 9 -- where is "download"?

That's where you find *ongoing* support. The original distributions, and
the updates Red Hat made available, are still available on the Red Hat
servers, although you may have to dig around on ftp.redhat.com or
updates.redhat.com to find them. It's just that they stopped issuing new
updates.
