I have the STT20000A drive which is close. Since it's a IDE drive, I don't
need drivers - RedHat recognized it and I'm using flexbackup for software...

Subject: [TLUG]: Tape drive

I have recently inherited an old tape drive which I am
hoping to install on Suse 9.

The tape drive is Seagate Hornet IDE Tape drive
STT320000A 20gb drive.

This is my first time playing with a Tape drive, I am
already running into road blocks to find the drivers
for this unique drive. I spend a good part of
yesterday to find the drivers for this beast but to no
avail.

Anyone on the list has used this drive,if yes I would
appreciate some pointers.
TIA
