Help Wanted: Tech support

I work for VMware,  here in Burlington, ON.
We are currently hiring for full time (Not contract) positions.

Here is the quick bullet points that I have. If you look at Monster
you will probably find the "official recruiter's" description.

Skill set for Enterprise Tech Support: Need to have strong foundation
in the following with good soft-skills:
- Ability to program and debug Perl scripts
- Hardware debugging
- Networking (TCP/IP, adding additional protocols,)
- Troubleshooting (crashing applications...Crashing Operating systems)
- Linux/Windows (And or any other OS background is good too)
 
- kernal level Linux people are ideal -- We don't need kernel hackers,
but an understanding is very helpfull.
- Prior Linux Sys Admins
- Linux affiliations/certifications
- Might have been system analyst, system administrator with at least a
few years of support to external customers
- Prior experience providing post-implementation support to a software product
- Like working with people on the phone, problem solving. good email
communicatio is a must, as well.
