get account balances from bank Web site?

Hi all,
Here's a fun little problem I've been turning around in my head for a
few days. I don't have sufficient nerd cred to get it done and hoping
you might have some pointers. Here's what I want to do.

I have my banking accounts with pc financial (www.pcfinancial.ca).
They have a great service and no fees. I love those guys. Anyway, I'd
really like to be able to tell what my bank balance is anytime. Rather
than going through the tiresome process of

- opening my browser
- choosing the Web banking login bookmark
- entering my bank card and password
- bing! viewing my account balances. Oh, crap!

what would be cool is to have either a command-line tool (I'm running
OS X) or a Web script do the logging in and scraping of the account
balances, displaying them for my viewing pleasure whenever I want.
Especially in a Dashboard widget, but I'll take a local web page.

Any ideas how to do that?

Cheers!
Aaron.
