I've used the extendedPDF macro before. I believe (I'm not sure) that
extendedPDF's features were included with OOo 1.3 or 1.4. I quit using
it because hyperlinking of websites and email works in my version of
1.1.4.
Footnotes linking don't seem to work except in OOo 2.0 Beta. At least
partly.
