Change of meeting place. (was: TLUG's value to community ???)

An annual (or semi-annual) combined-LUG meeting might not be a bad
idea, though the logistics in setting it up initially would likely
cause a few migraines.

I missed the exec meeting yesterday (work) but the topic of an
effective meeting place has been under discussion at those meetings.
