In the market for a laptop

I've bought two laptops at PCUSED, Bathurst and Dupont, - a Toshiba and a
Thinkpad - and been quite happy with both. One had a bad battery in it (it
was even labelled 'defective') and they changed it immediately. They also
helped resolve a serial port issue with one of the laptops, at no charge.
Both laptops have been good value for the money.
