Avoiding KVM Switch?

[FM (a.k.a. Erebus)]

I have a similar problem (multiple PCs, one monitor, one keyboard, one
mouse). If I have a headless Linux box (FC3) and a headless FreeBSD box
(don't ask, long story) what software do I need on my WinXP box so that I
can use a GNOME desktop on them from my WinXP box?
