manners re: recuiter mailing list contact

It's better if you tell him to send *you* a brief email description and
you'll post it to the list.

An occasional relevant job posting is okay, but it's better not to point a
recruiter at the list and say "feel free" -- those guys often have more
enthusiasm than judgement.
