Error when trying sync time using ntp

I guess the wizard is opening unprivileged ports on the client side 
(source) and the
service port on the server side (destination), this is what most 
protocols like http, pop, smtp,
etc. use.  For ntpdate, you need UDP 123<->123.  Try to open those ports 
manually.
