Error when trying sync time using ntp

Nope. No good. I also tried time.nrc.ca (as Lennart suggested) with the same
error: no server suitable for synchronization found.
here's what I ran:
ntpdate tick.utoronto.ca
ntpdate tock.utoronto.ca
ntpdate time.nrc.ca
I'm pretty sure its a configuration issue at my end, but I don't have a clue
as to where I should look.
I'm running SuSe 8.2, in case that matters or helps.
