Hi,

I've been wanting to help out, especially considering I live right around
the corner..  but have been busy with work and whatnot most days.

Lucky for you, I just got notified I was laid-off today *shakes fist at
the Sun*.

If you need help with any physical labour stuff, I'd be glad to help out. 
I'm not a reno expert by any measure -- most of my 'skillz' involve a
keyboard -- but I'd be glad to get out and give a hand.
