.ca dn registration - any recommendations for inexpensive registration?

They don't. They do .com, .us, .net, .org, .info, .name, .biz, .tv, .cc 
and .ws.

They have just upgraded my hosting package to something ridiculously 
huge, while still keeping it at $10/month.
