I have a proposition: let's create TLUG Inc. and dissolve GTALUG. Problem
Solved.

(do you sense sarcasm?)

But then the question would be, how different TLUG Inc would be from
GTALUG except in name and history? Would it be less inconvenient to
incorporate these other differences (if there are any) into the existing
GTALUG?
