Hello all !

I will soon be working for an open source company continuing to work
in a QA role . This role includes a larger Community QA aspect then
professional roles I have previously had . It seems to be young field
, and I do not know of any fantastic success stories that do not
involve a lot of person power .

Instead of first considering what software to try for issue tracking ,
bug tracking , forums , I am interested in what companies or projects
that you like telling them about *their* problems ?
* and please , not because they take all the abuse you dish out ;-)
* your example does not have
What are the factors ?
- responsiveness ?
- problem management ?

Only one community QA effort has ever knocked my socks off ,
fink.sf.net . For the few years that I monitored it , it was (and
still appears to be) primarily a single person (+ some developers) and
an excellent FAQ ( and good documentation ) :

Alexander K. Hansen

I have never used their product , but I have always liked the feel of
CodeWeavers support , and "show me the money" :

example show me :

Thank you in advance ,
