TV Tuner cards

Like I always recommend -> go to College & Augusta. 

Out of the many cheap stores there, i prefer Canada Computers &
Electronics - but be aware to avoid the 'rush' period unless you enjoy
climbing over people. CCE sells some refurbs (generally) but there are
several others around there that sell refurbs as well.

Does anyone know stores around T.O. that sell cheap TV Tuner cards
(could be refurbs) that are guaranteed to work "out of the box" in
Ubuntu - TVTime?
