Semi-OT: Cisco PIX VPN - Linux Boxes left out.

Trying to help someone out with a Cisco PIX (506E) VPN connection to a
mixed internal network.

We can ping and communicate with any of the windows pc's on the
internal network throught the VPN connection, but none of the linux
boxes.

I'm not terribly well versed in VPN and don't understand why a valid
connection can ping & access windows but not linux - even though
they're on the same network and subnet.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
