Uninstall MCPAN internet module?

Well, like I said, I've removed Notespam and all references to it in my
.procmailrc, but something in that Perl internet module continues to run, and I
can't see how to stop it.
I guess my question is really this: I did this to install the Mail::Internet
Perl module:
perl -MCPAN -e 'install("Mail::Internet");'
..so how would I do the reverse?
