OT: RT users help

 You may have done this but, 

1) Is the file in the place it believes it too be?
2) Is apache configured to allow this application to run ( ie is there a SetHandler for this in your apache.conf)?
3) Is the permissions on the file correct (ie is it readable to apache (rwxrwx---)

That's about all I can think of without sitting in front of the box.
