Unicode-aware text editor; suggestions?

   This is, in a different way, sort of what I am doing but I use a 
database to store my "words" (strings for a given instance in each 
language). The trick is though I really want to be able to enter text at 
times in French and Japanese (comments, for example) right in the code. 
Thanks though, it's an interesting idea!
