This bit in the README looks like a fatal flaw:

Sure, you can mount your "plausible deniability" aspect with something
prurient, but it comes up read-only.

while(fs_mounted_readonly) {
	beat_another_passphase_out_of_user();
	}

and eventually you know you have them all when the whole works finally
becomes writable.
