No Buck Rogers Budget

okay. i understand. a 10kVA UPS can be 100K itself.
Fine...but the budget is around 20k to 50k..you should be able to get 
some decent stuff for that.
Maybe not the Buck Rogers stuff, but maybe some Space 1999 hw. (remember 
that show?)
