Yeah, we go through them as well.

If you don't need a commercial cert, try www.cacert.org.  They're a pretty
handy service.

Check out Comodo (www.enterprisessl.com).
If you look at the signing authority for the cert on
https://secure.istop.com you'll see that's who we use.
