OT -> Toronto telephone - pots - NOT isp !

I use Sprint Canada for local and long distance. Local service cost is
comparable to Bell, and I've noticed no change at all in quality of
service. They have a good long distance plan too: $20/month for
unlimited calling in North America, any time of day. That means I can
count of basically paying a flat rate every month.
