Perhaps something can happen for you by the 7th that would allow you to 
come? Its really difficult to
get a date for everyone in a crowd that truly fits all. Consider having a 
warm welcome if somehow you
can make it :-).

To all: I just realized .... how appropriate the timing is for a meeting
