Isn't consolidation supposed to check the datbase from time to time, and
whenever needed ? What's your input validation accuracy ? 6 nines ? Do you
really test for such compliance ? With 6 nines you have one error
guaranteed per million records, more if you count character errors and
digit errors. There ain't no such thing as 'perfect input validation'
afaik.
