This might be common knowledge to people here, but
just in case, there are mirrors of some popular linux
distributions (debian, fedora, mandrake, slackware,
suse) available at ftp://ftp.utoronto.ca/mirror/linux/.

As far as I can tell, this site isn't listed as an official mirror
on the distribution download pages.
