Ach! Stop!  1 proof = 0.5% v/v, afaik.  Therefore that's 59% isopropyl
alcohol you've got there and then it's got too much water in it.  If
you're looking for 91% or 99% i.p.a. then you should want 182 or 198
proof, respectively.  It's a little strange to be buying an
alcohol-based product that's purposed for external use only described in
"proof" instead of "percentage" so you might want to check labels very
carefully before putting them on the delicate parts of a print
cartridge... e.g. check to make sure there isn't anything like
medication, scents, or colours added to your i.p.a.
