Roll yer own JavaScript, Konqueror's failings notwithstanding. As long
as it's not identical to someone else's code, it should be not worth the
effort of a spammer trying to reverse-engineer it.
I have seen a proof-of-concept Perl module that used IE6's JavaScript
engine to spit out an approximation of the DOM source that the browser
shows you. The lifespan of e-mail hiding this way may be limited.
