Linux Video conferencing

Hi

Its been a while since I posted a question here :)

I want to setup video conferening between multiple PCs running Linux. Could
anyone suggest hardware / software to accomplish this.
I'm trying to setup a link to allow teaching of ESL classes via video
conference for www.linguabiz.com

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..
