libxml2

Hi 

I have some hard time with libxml2.
I use Mandrake and the default is 2.5.11, and I think that it is not compiled 
for memory debug ( --with-mem-debug).

I get strange behaviour from the program: random crashes when I call 
xmlDocDump(stdout, doc) or if I try to print on file around an allocation of 
float array(?).

Is there somebody familiar with libxml2 on the list?
