Could you please clarify exactly what you are trying to do? From what I
see, the forms simply call up the different pages which don't exist,
thus producing a 404 Not Found error.
Also, if you want to be really standards-compliant, you should not use
tables unless you are displaying several related sets of data. Your menu
can be easily re-written using CSS. Just a thought.
And what's wrong with JavaScript? I find it a very powerful and flexible
cross-platform language that makes websites more useful. But you are
right, it's possible to make menus without Javascript.
