I haven't seen any speed boost. I am on Ultra Highspeed with simpatico. The
upgrade is planned for early spring 2004.

I've been hearing about this for a little while, but I'm on Sympatico in
Toronto and haven't seen the increase in speed. I uploaded about 37M last
night and it took about 42 minutes -- that still works out to about 15Kbps
upstream.

Downstream speed is nice, but an increase in upstream speed would be huge
for me.

Does anyone know if they're doing C.O. by C.O., or if it's city-wide?
