Yeah, I guess it's a little like procreating with the devil. The *only*
programming I ever did was with VB. I attempted to write a little code
to figure out optimal colour depth based on video RAM and monitor
resolution
to help me configure X in linux. Of course my code was dead, so my mentor
cleaned
it up so it works. I still use the program -- carry it on a floppy. Boy,
it was fun.
