rsync network pseudo-RAID

I don't have a backup system for my home server. It has 17 gigs or so of 
data so I don't want to do the back up to CD. 

What I would like to do is set up rsync on my two windows workstations
so I can keep three up to datish copies of my data so that a failure on 
any single drive won't cause me too much trouble. 

Has anyone done this?
