Many of us who attend NewTLUG meetings have wanted this for a while. The 
trick is to get a panel lined up to answer questions. There is never a 
shortage of people asking the questions.

But it can't be a free-for-all either. Organization and order are very 
important or the Q&A will quickly degenerate into meaningless banter and 
chaos.

I'd sure prefer the Q&A before the feature presentation since the 
feature presentation never starts on time (setting up, etc) and never 
ends early enough for a Q&A to be held.
