Do a google search for 'g90 fortran gnu'.  There seems to be some Fortran 90
extensions in g77 and some people working on g90/g95.

You could also look to see if f2c supports >f77.

This page:

has a link to a 'free for personal use' f90 compiler.  I didn't follow the
link, though.
