how to setup gnomemeeting

HI,

Could anybody tell me how to setup the Gnomemeeting? I
have installed it successfully. But After I run it
from  one of my computer on the local LAN. I got the
following message:

servers
  ils.seconix.com
    

1. You have to register to  see other registered
usrers.

2.If you registered and see this message, it means
that you are unreachable from outside.

3. Don't forget to check the FAQ on
http://www.gnomemeeting.org.
