I used to do that a couple of years ago when I was living at Sheppard and Birchmount.
Straight up Birchmount, then across 14th Ave, and then the NASTY part up Warden, over
the two bridges.

I haven't biked there yet from my new location out by Yonge and Finch; I've just been
too lazy to get up early enough to avoid traffic.  ;)
