iRiver H120, a USB2.0 20GB player/recorder. It's probably a bit more expensive than you're looking for, but as far as I know, the whole iRiver range works as USB mass storage devices.

By looking in the last place I left it, of course.

More seriously, I love it. It's almost the perfect player for me, and the fact that it's a very capable digital recorder too *and* it's a portable hard disk sold it.
