Swap meet / Install fest thoughts....

Question, how much interest would there in a swap meet and/or install fest
in downtown Toronto?

Currently there is a film crew doing work down at reSource, 169 Eastern Ave,
but in a few weeks they will be gone and my boss Ron Smith has been
wondering about events that could be put on in that space. So, in kicking
ideas around the following came up, do some sort of a swap meet, something
like say $5 to get in, $10 for a table if you want to unload you old PCs,
printers, monitors, etc., etc... Plenty of free parking, and a short walk
from the King Streetcar line.

As part of this, or as a separate thing could do a Linux and/or FreeBSD
install fest.

Thoughts? Opinions? Interest?
