This has been one that has always bugged me. I have more than one address at my
domain, so could I do:

* ! ^To:.*\<joehill-rieW9WUcm8FFJ04o6PK0Fg at public.gmane.org\>
* ! ^To:.*\<other-rieW9WUcm8FFJ04o6PK0Fg at public.gmane.org\>

I notice from man procmailrc that there are flags that will tell a recipe to
'fire' only if the preceding fails (E) or succeeds (A). I wonder if that would
work better?
