Hi,

You should tell the Redhad installer not to touch the Boot Loader at
all. Once the installation is complete, you can edit the
/boot/grub/menu.lst file in your Fedora Core 2 installation, and include
an entry for the new Redhat system. You don't need to install GRUB on
the new Redhat system at all, and you DON'T need to re-run grub-install.
Just edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst file, and grub will re-read it the
next time you reboot.
