AOL 7.0 Data

[Kareem Shehata]

After <very little> work convincing a new client, they want to move away
from AOL.  They're not at the stage where they're ready to move away
from Windows, so I need some way to get their contact and email data out
from AOL and into Outlook.  Is there an easy, preferably free tool to do
this?
