knoppix 3.4 hd install not printing

En Epson C84 is an Epson C84, and that is all it is.  Gimpprint drivers
for ghostscript run it perfectly, nothing else runs it at all.  It has
to be setup by picking the PPD for the Epson C84.  I know gimpprint
4.2.6 runs it for sure.

On my Debian system I have these:
foomatic-db: /usr/share/foomatic/db/source/printer/Epson-Stylus_C84.xml
cupsys-driver-gimpprint-data:
/usr/share/cups/model/gimp-print/4.2/escp2-c84.ppd.gz
