top problem

hi i tried top in 1 of my boxes and got this as a result..

 11:27am  up 272 days, 12:19,  4 users,  load average: 0.00, 0.02, 0.03
426 processes: 425 sleeping, 1 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU0 states: 10.0% user, 90.0% system,  0.0% nice,  0.0% idle
Floating point exception


after this result top exits

"Floating point exception" ? is it because my box is running 400++ processes?
