CUPS web admin problem

Hi Guys,

I've been trying to get cups 1.1.14-15.4 working on a redhat 7.3 machine. 
More acurately, I am trying to use the admin tool from a remote machine. I 
do have the Allow From All in the root and the admin location. The problem 
is when I try to configure a printer from the webbrowser admin tool. I can 
select add printer. I see the first page so I enter the name the location 
and the description. When I click continue, nothing happens. I get the 
following output in my cups/error_log
